Real Green Gardeners is a partnership of two gardeners Rachel and Emil with over 15 years experience working in the horticultural and agricultural sectors. Rachel completed a Diploma in Horticulture at Brooksby Melton College in 2012.

In North East Scotland Emil was employed as a Gardener at a large landscaping/gardening business and Rachel completed a Traineeship at a University Botanic Garden. Rachel later worked as a Horticultural Therapist delivering a Gardening Workshop in a two acre walled garden.

Returning to the East Midlands they worked as self-employed gardeners at a Rutland based company, before deciding to set up their own, more local, gardening business.

Real Green Gardeners was established in January 2023 with the aim of providing a high quality sustainable and environmentally friendly gardening service to residents in its locality.
