Real Green Gardeners is a partnership of two gardeners Rachel and Emil with over 15 years experience working in the horticultural and agricultural sectors. Rachel completed a Diploma in Horticulture (with distinction) at Brooksby Melton College in 2012.

In Scotland, Emil was employed as a Gardener at a large landscaping/gardening business and Rachel completed a Traineeship at a University Botanic Garden. Rachel then worked as a Horticultural Therapist delivering a Gardening Workshop to adults with additional support needs in a productive two acre walled garden.

Returning to the East Midlands they worked together at a Rutland based Gardening company, before deciding to set up their own gardening business in their local area.

Real Green Gardeners was established in January 2023. Our mission is to provide organic, eco-friendly gardening services that enhance biodiversity by creating wildlife-friendly gardens rooted in sustainable practices.
